What Maths Questions can you make up about this picture?

In maths we have been. Learning about making maths questions from a picture. First we mad a brainstorm about it. Then we had to write them on the board. I found ideas hard. I found writing easy.    

How long would it take to climb to the top? How many tyres would you use for 5 cars? How many cars were used to get the pile of tyre’s? How many trucks could we fit the the tyres? How many tyres are there? How many tyre swings can we make?

How would you work out the answers? What strategy could you use?

Skip count. Get a robot scanner. Times table. Count in 10’s or 100’s.

today in statistics we had to answer true or false question's we've been learning graphs on the last day of term 3 we did a little test it was kind of hard but we got through it with a buddy and myself. what i found hard was answering the question .

This term when have been learning about chemical reaction's in the kitchen.

A chemical reaction is when you mix stuff when and you can't get it back and it start off when there is all the ingredients.

I found it challenging when i mixed the things.

Graph Maths

For maths we have been making graphs. We got put into groups and we chose something to work with. We chose the question about favorite colour balloons. The colour that was chosen the most was  the black. We worked amazing together.

This term we have been learning about private information and if someone just walked up to house and the want to know your age you don't tell them cause then they can know what things do you like

paper aeroplanes _ Measurement

In Math's we have been learning about measurement. I have been learning how to estimate and measure. I made a paper plane. My teacher marked out a runway with a measuring tape. first I had to estimate how far my plane would go. I estimated 7 m's it actually flew 1.9 m's. My second throw I estimated 5 m's it actually flew 3.9 ms. I found hard making the plane I enjoyed  throwing it.

over the last couple of weeks, we have  been learning about private and personal information.we have also been thinking about our own digital footprint and what things we have done online. this is a picture of all the things that add to my own digital footprint.

in math's. I have been learning about measurement. I had to measure my body using a tape measure. I use cm's tom measure my self. I used a standard measurement.

    What I think about ANZAC day

 

I  think on ANZAC day you should respect the soldiers who died so we could have a good life.I think that should wear the poppies cause they grow in the fields were soldier died in world war 1 at gallipoli.

I like Anzac Day because I want to be proud of the soldier  I think that we should celebrate ANZAC day better. The people that fought the wars have protected our land and if we didn't have soldiers no one would be here right now .

This is why we wear poppies on ANZAC day because when the soldiers died after there were poppies that grow in the fields that the soldiers died in .

We also have ANZAC days because it's a nice quiet time for us to remember the soldiers that fort for our land .
