Today in our reading groups we had to do a tiger dlo we had to find out information and research about it was easy and i found placing everything down and getting a background tricky. 

a fact is that a tigers jaw can hold or carry an animal that would take 13 adult men to carry.here is as picture of my work

Water Pollution

This is what I learnt today in inquiry and we had to fill out a sheet. We had to make sure that they were right for the meaning and the answer we have to have our own ideas I have Oil, Storms, Dump Trucks, Animal Waste, They all had bad chemicals in it it is bad for the environment.

My own opinion

 I think that kids should be able to earn money  by doing chores because they cannot get a job until they are 13 and up.

I think that kids can have a tv in their room so that they can play ps4/xbox 1.

Making An Information Report

Over the past week we have been do an information report about a topic that we got to chose, my topic was computers. I had to do 3 body paragraphs and an introduction and 1 conclusion.  I had to use technical words to replace boring words.

Myths and Legends

This week we have been reading about myths and legends and we have been reading about Maui and the magic of fire in different languages over the past week. In the past week we have read 6 books about Maui and the magic fire. we have read them in different places language Society Islands Hawaiian Samoan New Zealand Tonga Cook Islands here is an image below what i found challenging was trying to find all the similarity. what i found easy was to get all the differences.

Goldilocks writing

Over the past week we have been writing about Goldilocks we had to write about her actions and characteristics and what she looks like there were five paragraphs but i put six cause i was fast at writing.

Building Our Self-esteem

Last week in punūi-o-toka we did a activity on self-esteem we had the right words and Colour them in and then paste them around a photo of our self what's about self-esteem and if you know how to build self-esteem or you don't smile but then you can have a positive self-esteem or a low self-esteem
